Joseph Gordon-Levitt is everywhere these days. He’s covering Nirvana at concerts, brooding on the set of The Dark Knight Rises, and starting tomorrow, he’ll be in multiplexes as the star of the cancer comedy 50/50. But the tireless actor’s most notable—and, dare we say memorable—appearance is on the cover of our October issue, on stands in just a few days. We’re calling it The Remix Issue, in part to honor Joe’s midnight shift as the founder of the collaborative online production company, hitRECord. 0digg
You’ll recall that last month, JGL himself asked his hitRECord acolytes to remix images from his BlackBook photo shoot, with the best one making it into the pages of our magazine. Well, we kept our end of the bargain, but you’ll have to pick up the issue (or, if you’re good at the internet, check back here tomorrow) to see the two winning entries.
I can’t wait to see which two remixes made the magazine! :D
I really really wish I had known he was gonna be on last night. I definitely would have gotten tickets somehow.
Last night I got to fulfill a dream I didn’t know I had — singing karaoke tunes as Axl Rose with my friend David Bowie…backed up by the Roots!
I always have fun on the Jimmy Fallon show — but, this time was insane. :oD
And, if you like my Axl, you’ll love our anthology, RECollection. If you didn’t like my Axl, you’ll probably like RECollection even more! Get it here.
